The artist has long been fascinated with the lightly-soft gradual descent of a feather as it parachutes down through the air. It reminds one to slow down the mind and focus in on the small subtle details that are often bypassed. The 7 x 5 mm amethyst is a deep vibrant purple, well cut and polished and contains no inclusions. The amethyst is well mounted in a four pronged mounting. The feather gold pendant design is convex with an undulating curve down the center to accentuate the core of the feather form. The pendant is 1/2" in length not including the bail.
